Pick a kit, pay, the case shows up at your door, you perform, you drop it at UPS. That's the whole flow. Four steps, start to finish, most customers complete the booking in under 90 seconds. Everything below is how each step actually works — what arrives, what you do with it, and how we handle the edge cases so you don't have to.

Pick your kit
Channel count is the only question that matters. One speaker? MicKit 1 ($109/week, or $139 for the headset build). Two people? MicKit 2 ($229). Four actors, a worship team, or a panel? MicKit Pro 4 ($399). Full musical? MicKit Perform 8 ($749). Big musical, filmed show, or huge conference? MicKit Perform 16 (~$1,400). You pick at the top of the page. No quote form, no sales rep, no 48-hour turnaround.

We ship
Your kit arrives 2 business days before your first rehearsal. MicKit 1 and MicKit 2 ship in an SKB iSeries waterproof case. MicKit Pro 4 ships in a 3U shock rack with an accessory drawer. MicKit Perform 8 ships in a 4U shock rack. MicKit Perform 16 ships in a 6U shock rack alongside an included RF Venue Diversity Architect case. Every case includes a laminated quick-start card, all the cables, Point Source Audio CO-6 headset or CO-8WL lavalier elements, and a pre-paid return label tucked inside. Flat-rate shipping by zone: $39 / $59 / $89 / $249 round-trip.

You perform
Plug in, clip mics on, run your show. Open the laminated quick-start card and follow it. Drop fresh AAs into the bodypacks, or upgrade to MicKit Power rechargeables at checkout if you want us to handle power. RF is already coordinated for you. Pairing is already done. If anything goes sideways on show day, text the on-call tech support line printed on the card — we answer in minutes, not hours.

Drop the case
When your run is done, pack the kit back the way you found it. Peel the pre-paid return label off the quick-start card and stick it on the case. Drop it at any UPS location on your way home. We take it from there. No return appointment, no pickup window, no paperwork.
